(I love to hear the thud of the lady I just knocked down)

What brought you to DDR?
I was a stay at home mom longing for an outlet and when I heard from a friend that a Roller Derby team was forming in Lancaster I knew I had found my calling.  I could break out all my punk rock attire that couldn't be worn at the bus stop and started practicing skating.

What keeps your wheels turning?
My family, my business, and derby.

What is your most embarrassing Derby moment?
My inability to keep in my elbows or as the are affectionately called my "chicken wings".  I also tend to have a bad temper but that frustration is usually at myself... not the refs!

What is your proudest Derby moment?
Winning the Dutchland Derby Boys Bullseye Award in the 2008 season.  ThoroughBled, Jolene Jawbreaker and I were all gunning for it... but I look the best in an orange t-shirt and I won!

DDR Awards/ Fan Favorite Awards...
2007 Most likely to be in the penalty box Fan Fav
2008 Most Hexy Hex Offender voted on by our league

Got any injury stories?
Nothing too great... have had rotator cuff, acl, ankel, and thumb injuries.  The worst was separating my color bone from the AC joint.  My collar bone was sticking out of my shoulder... I had Belle Fast Bomber stick it back in so I could keep skating... which proved not to be a good move because I couldn't dress myself for a week afterwards.  It's all good now though

Important Facts About Yourself...
I was raised by Japanese Snow Monkeys near the base of Mt. Fuji after being sucked out of an airplane toilet at age 3. I was later discovered by Guitar Wolf when I was about 16 - while they were vacationing at the hot springs. They convinced me to leave with them and they brought me back to Tokyo where I slowly transitioned into the human world again. My family never stopped looking for me and eventually found me at a tattoo shop in Tokyo and brought me back to Lancaster where I meet up with the DDR.

Greatest Accomplishment...
My family & our
business, Angry, Young & Poor... and of course the Dutchland Derby Rollers.

Send out some heart-felt Derby love to your peeps...
We have some really great fans and it feels awesome to see that all of our hard work and efforts is rewarded on bout night by all of our returning, cheering fans!  Lancaster may be small but we have a ton of heart and can compete on the same level as larger cities.  Finally earning the status of being nationally Women's Flat Track Derby Association ranked is amazing.  I am proud to wear my WFTDA patch on my uniform!!
