Breakin’ hearts and Breakin’ Necks

When did you start playing Roller Derby?
2007
What positions do you normally play/like to play?
I can play all positions, but I think I’m most effective blocking.
What brought you to DDR?
I had played sports throughout school, and roller derby seemed very intense and intriguing.
What do you love about Roller Derby?

What you love about Dutchland?
I am honored to be a part of a group of women who demonstrate class, respect, and sportswomanship to the utmost.
What is your favorite Derby Story?
I was off my skates for 13 months due to knee surgery. I came back half way through the 2013 season and got rostered right back onto my team. It felt so good to be back!
Any embarrassing moments?
It’s pretty embarrassing to be lapped by an opposing jammer and being unable to break through the pack.
Proudest moments?
My proudest moments are probably the awards I have won: Greatest Comeback, Favorite Pivot, Favorite Blocker, Most Feared, and Triple Threat. It feels awesome to have your efforts recognized by your league mates.
