What do you love about Dutchland?"The people! Dutchland is an amazingly well-run and committed organization full of ridiculously strong and talented people. And I'm talking about everyone who has been involved over the 10+ years of Dutchland from the founders to regularly visiting officials, to skaters who have moved on, cause you are always a part of the Dutchy family. And our wonderful, gracious, and warm fans!! Oh, we have the best fans! From little babies in Dutch gear up through seniors with orange boas and canes. The smiles of our fans is just the best payment ever!"
"My strength. Not just physical, but emotional and mental. Through challenges of every kind. Through experiencing it myself or watching others go through unimaginable loss, injury, or hardship and surviving. Strength sometimes looks like tears, or hugs, or confessional emails, as well as triumph."
